The Performance Plus Incentive Award recognizes and rewards teammates for commitment to the system mission and vision, and for achieving superior clinical quality and performance excellence results. Specific goals reflecting that vision are Quality and Safety, Patient Experience, Teammate Engagement and Financial goals.

Remember: You may deposit your Performance Plus Incentive payout, tax-free into your 401(k). You may also contribute the payout funds to your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Advantage Retirement Accounts.
The Key Engagement Award Program (KEAP) is a spot reward program that recognizes eligible teammates (excludes temporary, physicians and executives) who exhibit outstanding performance and/or make a significant contribution to our system. KEAP awards are between $250 and $2,500 paid as a taxable lump sum.
Leaders can nominate teammates for a KEAP on the Recognition & Rewards Platform. The nomination will be sent to their business unit head (VP or SVP) for approval.
